HAUL ROUTE:
Material will be hauled west on Avenue 120 in Porterville, north on Road 264, west on Avenue 128, south on Road 152, west onto Avenue 120, south on SR 43, then west on Avenue 112 to a high-speed rail construction site.
Drivers may experience delays.
Description
Tulare County, Calif. – The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces intermittent traffic impacts along Avenue 120, Road 264, Avenue 128, Road 152, State Route (SR) 43, and Avenue 112 in Tulare County to transport material to a high-speed rail construction site. Hauling is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting Wednesday, July 16 through Thursday, July 24, 2025.
This work is part of Construction Package 2-3 (CP 2-3), the 65-mile stretch of high-speed rail between East American Avenue in Fresno County and one-mile north of the Tulare-Kern County line.
All construction activities and schedules are subject to change. The California High-Speed Rail project is considered a critical infrastructure sector, and as the project continues, staff, contractors and construction workers are following specific guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
