Hauling Along Clarkson Avenue, Conejo Avenue, State Route 41 And Nebraska Avenue In Fresno County

Fresno County, Calif. – The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces intermittent traffic impacts along Clarkson Avenue, Conejo Avenue, State Route (SR) 41 and Nebraska Avenue to transport materials to a high-speed rail construction site. Hauling is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5 and Friday, Feb. 6, 2026.

This work is part of Construction Package 2-3 (CP 2-3), the 65-mile stretch of high-speed rail between East American Avenue in Fresno County and one-mile north of the Tulare-Kern County line.

This work is part of Construction Package 1 (CP 1), the first 32-mile stretch of high-speed rail between Avenue 19 in Madera County and East American Avenue in Fresno County.

All construction activities and schedules are subject to change. The California High-Speed Rail project is considered a critical infrastructure sector, and as the project continues, staff, contractors and construction workers are following specific guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
