Closure

Intermittent lane and shoulder closures along Avenue 120, east of SR 43 in Tulare County for utility relocation. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, Jan. 9 and will continue through Friday, Feb. 24, 2023.

Lane closures will be intermittent Monday through Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Description

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces intermittent lane and shoulder closures along Avenue 120, between east of State Route (SR) 43 in Tulare County for utility relocation. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, Jan. 9 and will continue through Friday, Feb. 24, 2023.

This work is part of Construction Package 2-3 (CP 2-3), the 65-mile stretch of high-speed rail between East American Avenue in Fresno County and one-mile north of the Tulare-Kern County line.

All construction activities and schedules are subject to change. The California High-Speed Rail project is considered a critical infrastructure sector, and as the project continues, staff, contractors and construction workers are following specific guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
