MULTIPLE NIGHTTIME CLOSURES:
- Road closure along northbound Roosevelt Avenue, between H and Divisadero streets; Road closure along southbound H Street, between Roosevelt Avenue and Divisadero Street;
- Lane closures along H Street, between Palm Avenue and El Dorado Street;
- Lane closure along Divisadero Street, between G and H streets.
Work is scheduled from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting Thursday, Oct. 26 through Friday, Nov. 3, 2023.

Detour
Girders will be transported east on Grangeville Boulevard, south on Seventh Avenue, then west on Lacey Boulevard.
Drivers may experience delays.
Description
Kings County, Calif. – The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces intermittent traffic impacts along Grangeville Boulevard, Seventh Avenue, and Lacey Boulevard in Kings County to transport pre-cast girders to the Hanford Viaduct. Work is scheduled from 4 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Thursday, July 20, 2023.
This work is part of Construction Package 2-3 (CP 2-3), the 65-mile stretch of high-speed rail between East American Avenue in Fresno County and one-mile north of the Tulare-Kern County line.
All construction activities and schedules are subject to change. The California High-Speed Rail project is considered a critical infrastructure sector, and as the project continues, staff, contractors and construction workers are following specific guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
