Road closure at the intersection of Tulare and H streets, between Mariposa and Kern streets for roadway improvement in Fresno.
Work is scheduled to start Monday, Oct. 9 and will continue through Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023.
Eastbound Tulare Street Detour
- Traffic going east on Tulare Street will be detoured north on F Street, east on Fresno Street, then south on Van Ness Avenue to Tulare Street.
Westbound Tulare Street Detour
- Traffic going west on Tulare Avenue will be detoured north on Van Ness Avenue, west on Fresno Street, then south on F Street to Tulare Street.
Southbound H Street Detour
- Traffic going south on H Street will be detoured east on Divisadero Street, south on Van Ness Avenue, then west on Inyo Street H Street.
Northbound H Street Detour
- Traffic going north on H Street will be detoured east on Inyo Street, north on Van Ness Avenue, then east on Divisadero Street to H Street.
Signage will be in place to direct traffic. Access will be maintained to all businesses and property owners.

This work is part of Construction Package 1 (CP 1), the first 32-mile stretch of high-speed rail between Avenue 19 in Madera County and East American
Avenue in Fresno County
